sir is there is any other way to solve to this type of sum, or is it the basic method or way which we should follow for now ?

Once you get the Logic that the Average is nothing but Total age divided by Number of People, you don't have to write each step. Instead you can just write the total and it won't be as difficult as it looks with step by step calculation. Here you can simply write Couple's age Total , then Total age after twins and Total age after third child and by looking at their differences in total age you can get their age and time period. 1 increase in Average of 4 people means increase of 4 in Total Average(4/4 = 1).
