which method is used here?

Hi Harsh
Here we have used a basic logic that says that when a person is replaced by someone else and the average decreases, it means that the new person has less value than the average and hence the Overall Total is decreasing and therefore the Average is decreasing. Here when the new person came the average decreases by 4 which means he/she took 4 values from everyone present i.e he took 80 from the total. Now 80 less than the previous average of 90 means his value is 10.
