data interpretation nmat mock 1 question no.29
First, lets take Price of Protein from Each Product
The Price includes both Carbohydrate and Protein so we take the Price of Protein only.
Cost of Protein per kg. from Soya Products in 2004-2005
= (50x100)/50 = Rs.100
Cost of Protein per kg. from Red Meat in 2004 – 2005
=(55x100)/40 = Rs.137.5.
Cost of Protein per kg. from Milk Products in 2004-2005
=(30x100)/25 = Rs. 120.
Cost of Protein per kg. from Cereals in 2004-2005
=(50x100)/25 = Rs.200.
Now we only need 250 grams but we have 1000 grams price so we divide by 4 after adding all the prices.
Desired price =(100+137.5+120+200)/4 = Rs.140.
