10 people can complete a work in 4 days. How many more people will require to complete the same work in 5 days if their efficiency gets reduced by 50%?

A pipe can fill a tank in 30 min but due to leakage at the bottom of the tank, 1/5 of the water filled by the pipe leaks out. Find the time inwhich the tank is filled?
